Just wanted to respond to the 1-star review, which is the polar opposite of my experience. I've been going to therapy here for over two months- and since my very first e-mail, I've had a way easier time setting up, re-scheduling, and dealing with payments than any other place in our current local healthcare bureaucracy. I'm finally getting the help I need, and absolutely recommend reaching out to them for the help you may need if you're reading this.
Unfortunately, this practice was suggested to me. I called 3/23 and left a message to become established as a new patient and have yet to receive a follow-up although the message says allow 2 business days for follow-up. If you or anyone you know are in need, seek to be connected with a responsive provider elsewhere.
