I called to inquire about becoming a new patient, but the customer service was disappointing. The receptionist was dismissive when I asked for clarification on their new patient special, telling me it includes "whatever I saw online." It took a lot of back-and-forth to learn the provider only works Tuesdays/Fridays, doesn't see new patients after 5:00 PM, and is booked out until February; while the new patient special is being extended to cover that wait, this information wasn't volunteered proactively, nor could she confirm... read more
Very comfortable environment with attentive and knowledgeable staff. My lower back is a mess and I have been able to improve my quality of life with the treatments I have receiving. Although my situation is genetic and I will have issues for life. I have been able to maintain my lifestyle with the treatments I am on. Thanks to Dr Burns and his staff.
Patient Review I dealt with a strange nerve pain in my back for months. Doctors, X-rays, even a CAT scan — and still no relief. After just a few visits to Main Street Chiropractic Care, that pain is 100% gone. Everyone there was great, and Dr. Burns took the time to truly listen to every concern.
