Alina is absolutely amazing! I’ve been training for a marathon and she made my legs feel brand new. She is an expert in deep tissue and really knows how to stretch you out. I legitimately felt lighter walking out!
This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! I was looking for a massage that was more recovery based and not just a low key relaxing one. All while this was relaxing to me there were also times that Alina really got in to my problem areas and that was just what I needed to help the muscles calm down. The stretching and hot stones that were included were such a great touch. I had more range of motion when I left and already booked my next appointment. Thank you!
