Called to make an appointment for party of 3, bride-to-be getting the full hour massage, while me and my friend would split 30min apiece. Easy peasy, didn't need credit card info or anything to reserve. We got there about 15min early, but the masseuse was accommodating and got me in right away. My dad has been going here for years and has been to a lot of establishments but keeps returning. I went for the first time today and was scheduled with Elaina, the owner. She was an amazing masseuse who knew where to focus without any direction. She applied a great amount of pressure and was very personable throughout the whole experience.
