Been taking my 6 yr old here for over 3 years. She has ADHD and is on the Autism Spectrum. All of the Dental Hygienist and the 2 Dentists we’ve been treated by are incredibly patient! They are all wonderful and caring! The receptionists are very polite and helpful as well! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
We always have a wonderful experience at this dental office! We didn’t have to wait long, and the entire staff was very professional, friendly, and efficient. The dentist took the time to listen to the parents’ concerns and needs, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were well informed throughout the visit. We truly appreciate the care and attention we received and would definitely recommend this office to other families!
Very disappointing experience. I brought my 2-year-old son to this dental clinic, and we ended up waiting for about an hour without my child being seen. What was even more frustrating was the lack of communication from the front desk. The receptionist barely spoke to me and did not provide any clear explanation as to why we were waiting so long. If I can post 0 rate for this place I'll. Please do not waste your time with this place and/or it's staff. No respect at all for your time or anybody else, they discriminate you and not only that, it doesn't matter if you do the check in online to have your appointment, still you have to wait all the time they want without having the consideration to explain to you the reason for the delay. I share this since this is not the first time and as probably anybody can read about this place, is not the first time. I just wish my s... read more
