Assistant Nadine it’s the best. My kids always behave with her even though they are scared she always is very attentive and has a great personality and very professional. I’m so happy she’s there. Thank you 🙏 also Doctor Gulamali was great and very polite and professional too. The front desk accommodated us also they were very attentive and friendly and helpful. Thanks to all
Does not read documentation from previous dentists. Does not have a good understanding of dental insurance coverages. Daughter received duplicate sealants on molars that is only covered every 3 years by insurance that she already had done and in her records 2 years ago that we are now out of pocket for. All this and multiple reschedules. Nothing against their dental work itself but their admin work and communication are horrible.
Stay far away from the office! Instead of filing to your insurance they send bills to collections. They sent my 11 year old to collections after I had been contacting them for months to get a resolution. Every time they assured me they would have the business manager handel it.They claimed my insurance only covered 1 cleaning per year which was not true. I asked repeatedly for them to resumbit the claim from December until February. There were no pending or denied claims for my daughter during the 2 months I had been speakin... read more
had a horrible time here, i swear i saw a roach in the waiting room
I always like Taking my child there but there needs to be an improvement on honoring ones appointment since the parents do Have a job. I had to reschedule a couple of times in order for my child to be seen promptly. I respect the staffs time so respect my time as a parent who gets there on time or a few minutes before My child’s time. Thank you ..
