Love this place! Their prices are awesome, the atmosphere is calming and they are very patient with my children. I would highly recommend Main Street Dentistry.
The hours for Towson are so limited it is painful (one day a week). Try that for a child in school. Main Street Dentistry took over for the previous Orthodontist who made promises he could never keep. As a result, the case load is high and the current Orthodontist, albeit very bright and apologetic, is trying to carry the load. Additionally, the "Transition plan" from the previous owner to MSD, was nonexistent. Management did not provide a letter, email, nor a phone call. We were VERY happy with Dr. Jo, but since he's no longer with them and "Main Street" has taken over, it's been terrible. My son greatly dislikes the new Orthodontist and the new administrative team is not very good. We keep getting past due noticed from them even though we've paid our account in full up front. Today, I received a notice from a collection agency because of their error. Now I have to deal with that. UUUGGGG!
the place only has hours 1 day a week. That is not kid friendly nor is it convenient to anyone's schedule. That's a testament that the office isn't flexible. The place keeps changing orthodontist every year and there is no consistency. It's ran line a business with no personal touch. The current orthodontist is Indian and she is very very Rude. She has no respect for other doctors and she thinks she is above all. She has a lot to learn that others will be leaving and not recommending family not friends. She is to egotistical... read more
Dr. Jo continued my treatment from a well known company in California. I hated my previous dentist. Did not even know my name, always rude, and did not seem to care about their patients. When I came here I was amazed. The doctor always knows my name, the staff is always friendly, Mary helped get my claim approved. And Shannon is amazing as well. Always look forward to getting my braces tightened.
