Nothing is fun about a pediatric dental appointment, but Main Street are masters at making my son feel comfortable and at ease for an extraction plus two cavities. I was more nervous than he was! Highly recommended for your children!
We were lucky enough to get Hailey as our dental assistant. My son, whom is terrified to the point of trembling due to a bad experience somewhere else. She treated him him so kindly, explaining what she was doing and joking with him. She made it the best check up/cleaning he has ever had.
I scheduled appointments for my 3.5- and 5.5-year-old sons at 10:00 and 11:00, times specifically suggested by the office. We arrived at 9:40 to ensure we were on time. The waiting area was uncomfortably warm (approximately 82°F) with no air circulation whatsoever. Around 10:30, I politely inquired about the delay and was informed they were short-staffed.
