Top notch group of people. Their customer service is above and beyond expectation. I ordered a new bike for my wife for Christmas and it arrived later than expected and the guys at Main Street were there on Christmas Eve putting it together so my wife would have it Christmas Day. Great group of people.

My husband and i stop in to purchase our first bike in YEARS and i can’t even begin to find the words as to how fantastic the staff is! It’s felt more like family helping you find the right bike rather than a sales staff. Best customer service we’ve ever received!

I went there June 1 to get my crank bearings replaced. Arron, the gentleman who worked on my bike. Went above and beyond on the workmanship, and also did some extra tunning. Even paying less than what I was quoted my bike is in tiptop shape. I ride my bike daily, and after the work he performed, my bike road like it was brand new. This is why I only go to main Street for all my bike needs. Thank you guys and keep up the great work.
