Horrible. I told the guy I wanted just a light trim, no clippers except to finish off sideburns and back. He immediately reached for the clippers and tried to reassure they were just "evening things out". Now I'm left with sides shorter than I wanted, and a moppish looking top. Guys, if you want repeat customers you have to LISTEN to them!
