Went in for a beard trim. Worst mistake ever. Totally gapped me up. She had no idea what she was doing. Absolutely horrible.
Do not let them fool you into thinking they can do beard trimming. I equate their experience working with beards to a child with scissors saying they can give you a haircut. No prepping of beard or anything of that nature, just straight to weed whacking with buzzers.
