RecommendedI have found them more then helpful and appreaciative fo my business. I went to the customer appreciation cookout at the Hudson branch and the CEO sat with me and had a discussion as I didn't realize who it was til he a little later introducsed himself.
after years of being with this bank I’m leaving it by Saturday. Their lack of responsibility with the fact that their app doesn’t keep accurate records is disappointing. I’ve addressed this now on four separate occasions. I have had to get bail outs from friends and family to keep my account from going negative because of their screw ups on notifications. I appreciate the tellers and people but I can’t trust them with my finances. They’re costing me more now instead of helping. Time to go.
