While on vacation in October 2025, we picked up a bolt as we were coming off the bridge towards Mackinaw City heading to our hotel. It was after business hours and had to wait until the morning to get it fixed. Thankfully, the tire remained mostly inflated and I took the car to Main Street Automotive which was a block away from the hotel. Wish i could give 10 stars to Brian's Main Street Automotive. My wife and I were on vacation celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary in Mackinaw City Mi,the day before we were going to leave Thursday 6/11 our 1995 Astro van started running badly and then stopped and would not start at all. I called Road side assistance, tow truck showed up and asked and I I guess Brian's Main Street Automotive it was the closest . I cannot recommend Brian’s Main Street Automotive enough. We were traveling through with our fifth-wheel trailer when we ran into some serious tire trouble. Brian and his entire crew were absolute lifesavers. It is rare to find a shop where the boss is right there in the thick of it, getting dirty and personally ensuring the job is done right. They went above and beyond to get our tires squared away and get us back on the road safely. If you find yourself in a bind, these are the people you want working on your rig!
We got a nail in our tire just heading into the ferry. The psi was 2.5. They couldn’t provide service on site but were kind enough to give us inflator to get our tire till the shop Ryan treated the tire with super urgency and fixed our flat tire in 5 mins. It was a long drive back Lovely helpful team you guys got there Really appreciate the quick turnaround
We were camping and our vehicle broke down when we arrived. Other shops were unavailable, but these wonderful people came picked up our vehicle and did the work the same day and returned it to our campsite. Basically saved us. We thank you so much!! Support this business!!!
