Hitch shank bolts on my truck came loose causing my trailer to become misaligned. Went by main street to have them tighten back. When i arrived around 8am on friday before labor day, the place was beyond busy. Billy Joe, receptionist, was alsolutely the best at what she does. She talked to Ron, who was also up to his neck in alligators, and he said it would be some time until he could get to my problem. Not a problem. Only waited about 20 min until he returned from a run. I cannot recommend Brian’s Main Street Automotive enough. We were traveling through with our fifth-wheel trailer when we ran into some serious tire trouble. Brian and his entire crew were absolute lifesavers. It is rare to find a shop where the boss is right there in the thick of it, getting dirty and personally ensuring the job is done right. They went above and beyond to get our tires squared away and get us back on the road safely. If you find yourself in a bind, these are the people you want working on your rig!

Above Excellence!!! We were vacationing when after coming across the bridge we pulled into the fort bridge gift shop area and got out finding our front tire smoking! Like alot of smoke. We googled a repair shop close by since we aren’t from here and found Brian’s. Of course it was after hours but we decided to go there anyway and possibly leave it since we had other family up here that could take us back to our RV. I really cannot say enough good things about this place, and I'm long overdue with this review. We were camping in Mackinaw City a couple of years ago and our car broke down in the campground. They actually came out to the campground to see if they could get it running before they had to have it towed to the garage. The kindest thing was that Brian actually called us when we got home from the trip to make sure we made it okay. We went up camping again this year and we needed power steering fluid. I hydroplaned and busted up a tire on I75, and these guys squeezed me into a super busy day to get me two new tires. So kind, easy to talk to, and helpful to everyone in the store with 0 judgement as to how much customers did or didn't know about cars. Price was way less than we expected and honestly a great deal. I'm really grateful the cop that helped us after the wreck suggested us here. Thank you guys.
