This place is incredible. We showed up on short notice with a nail in our tire, and they took care of it right away. The next morning, our car battery died—and once again, they got us in and out fast. Thanks to their quick, friendly service, we were back on the road and able to enjoy the rest of our vacation without a hitch.
We were on our honeymoon and out van broke down right before we were to get on the ferry to mackinaw island. I sent the key back over on the ferry, they picked it up in the ferry lot and fixed it while we were on the island. Not only fixed it but returned it back to the lot and didn’t charge us! What an amazing thing they did for us! I will always remember this as one of the nicest gestures ever. Thank you so much!!!
We were there for vacation. A day before we were due to leave, we noticed a split in our tire that our body shop at home failed to fix after an accident. Brian was beyond helpful! He was able to order the correct tire to have it the next day. They changed it quick for us so that we could be on our way home. Excellemt
Check engine light came on halfway between far western UP and Detroit. Made it over the bridge and pulled in at Mackinaw City to go to Main Street Automotive. They deserve all the good Google reviews I read before going there. It was very busy but they took time to read the code and assure me I was good to go. Very nice guys! They know what they're doing!!
On the final day of our vacation we woke to a Toyota with a dead battery. With the help of another hotel guest made it over to MSA. They were very busy but the understanding owner efficiently diagnosed and replaced the unusually large sized battery for a great price. 15 minutes later we were on the road. Thank you MSA for your caring and great service!
