Had an urgent tire situation.. had my toddler with me and was on my way to drop him off at daycare, ran over a wrench and air was coming out fast . The manager wasn't helpful at all, didnt offer any resolution and basically sent me away. I sat in my car for a minute to try to call another shop that could help me. The manager came and told me that I needed to leave immediately.... terrible, never coming back here.
This place is my go-to whenever there is a problem or concern with my car (22 year old Honda that has a spotty history). I have full trust in Josh and the rest of the guys at the shop. They do good work, and get good prices on parts (if they're needed as part of the repair). I've never felt like they were trying to oversell, and I have never had issues getting an appointment. They work quickly and communicate any expected costs, etc. the whole way through. Can't recommend them enough!
