Had a 10am appointment at11:30 they still haven't pulled my car in for a simple frint end alignment. And they had a little kid screaming the whole time.
Every time I come to get my old 1991 ford thunderbird repaired here they exceed my expectations these guys are amazing compassionate and not all about making that money they make sure that when you leave the shop your car is on better condition than when you left the best place ever they have me for life for all my car needs thank you

My first interaction here was pretty good. Customer service was good and my vehicle was fixed for what I took it in for, it took them a while to fix it but it was done nonetheless. My second interaction wasn't the same. I brought the car back to get looked at and was basically told there wasnt anything they could do and recommended me to a dealership.
