All of these negative reviews really surprise me. I know that not every business can make everybody happy, but I have NEVER had a negative experience here. I work for an insurance company, and it's my job to review auto-body businesses to see whether they meet the standards to become a business that we recommend to our clients. These guys are top-notch.
