We've been very happy with the care received at Main St Animal Hospital. We feel heard, and the staff take time to explain things clearly for the best outcome of our pets. Every staff member in the clinic has been great to interact with. They excel in communication, and working with us to find the best solution while keeping costs manageable.
The staff are nice, but they don't care about your pet. They are a business and will want to turn a small problem into something bigger - to charge you more money. If you have a real problem, find a real Vet.
I'd like to thank all the staff. Always friendly and professional. Special thanks to Dr. Amir Khosravani and Aleshia Kurz. They paid extra attention to keep my shy cat calm and comfortable while he was being treated for his wound. Also I feel they sincerely care for others' pets as if they are their own.
Im always so grateful for the care my dog receives here. The team is incredibly caring, organized, and professional, and they make every visit feel easy and reassuring. We recently came in for his vaccinations, and he genuinely loves visiting them! It's such a relief knowing he's in such kind and capable hands. Very friendly staff. We have seen both vets for check ups for our cat, and they were both kind and thorough. Everyone, from the front desk, to the vet assistants, and Dr. Amir and Dr. Toor have been wonderful.
