Staff at the reception + assistants were very kind, welcoming and helpful. Aside from that, we didn’t like the attention we received. The two times we’ve been, we waited over half an hour past our appointment time to get someone to see us, which honestly makes it feel unreliable and unfair (like a waste of time). We will sadly be looking at other options to take our puppy.

Thanks for the care for my dog MILK. My dog got sick on our trip via Vancouver from Alberta, and he was carefully examined by DR.Toor(I think..?). I accidentally .. forgot to bring my wallet that day because I was super tired after driving and in a hurry, and because of that, they had to get off late. But I could tell they tried their best even with the trouble I caused. Thankfully, my dog is healthy now again, after having antibiotics for a week. Thank you for the care again.

always a positive experience even if a stressful situation Receptionist was so friendly and helpfpul. The two vet assistants were great even though Oz is a bit of a handful and Dr Toor is always wonderful. fitting Ozzy and I in so quickly
