We had a great experience at Main Street Animal Hospital, we have just moved to North Vancouver and this was our first appt. Sophie at the front desk was so informative and very knowledgeable about a couple vaccines that we have never done before living in Alberta when I called to set up a profile for my dog which I appreciated to ensure our dog is well protected now that we live in BC Dr Toor was so friendly and also very informative about the health care of our dog. Awesome staff. Dr. Toor is great. The group was able to get my seriously injured dog in for surgery quickly after a vicious dog attack. Always pleasant and friendly. Explaining all the details of whatever is needed.
Last week Dr. Toor saved my beloved Yorkie’s life. She stopped eating and I phoned to ask if he could see her asap. They told me to bring her in and within 5 minutes he had a diagnosis and cleared his afternoon appointments and surgeries to do immediate surgery on her. It was a life or death situation and extremely stressful. She is seven and had never been away from me. All 5 pounds of her. Long story short Dr. Toor did an excellent job and saved her life. Absolutely disgraceful interaction with these people. Small blonde was utterly disrespectful and abrupt. medium blonde seemed to only like my dog, larger blonde just kept apologizing but was undeniably not apologetic. Will not ever be returning. All they care about is $$$.
