Arrived for delivery at 8:20 AM, checked in at the office, and was assigned dock door #5. After they opened the gate, I backed into the dock at 8:30 AM. The forklift operator was very polite, but the unloading took forever. It took four hours to unload my trailer, and I almost missed my next pickup.
One of the worst spots ive ever been too. I would rate this place -10 stars if I could. Place is incredibly slow. It usually takes them 3 to 4 hours to load you. Sometimes even 5 hours to load you. I showed up to this place one time and I was the only driver there and it still took them 3 hours to load me. Plus the employees barely speak English so you have no idea what they are saying to you. Avoid this place if you can. Not worth your time or business.
Delivered 1 coil to them at 7am. Workers are nice and got unloaded quickly. No street parking overnight. I would assume if you backed in front of of the doors you could park overnight
Pretty fast unloading. No appointments. 5pm latest you can come to deliver.
