I was very surprised how much I enjoyed the transformation program. The classes were fun yet challenging. I noticed my energy level increased and my clothes started to fit better in just three weeks. The program was easy to follow and Randall was there to educate and support me throughout the whole program.

Tried the 6 week plan and worked a dream. Love the in depth detail that Randall provided for both meals and workouts. Highly recommend it. Helped me lose an easy 15 pounds.
Came into town on vacation, and needed a local gym to continue my working out at. Out of the two that were shown on Google, this one offered 24/7. BEST DECISION I MADE. The Gym Team worked with me to get set up and had great customer service. For those that are veterans: this is a pro- veteran place.
