I contacted this office as a prospective new patient to ask if they provide a qualified American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter. They explicitly refused. Under ADA Title III (28 CFR § 36.303), dental offices are legally required to provide auxiliary aids, including ASL interpreters, for effective communication. Refusing accommodation violates federal accessibility law. Deaf patients should look elsewhere.
