So I want to set the record straight for the negative reviews. My husband and I have lived in the same apartment for 8 years in February 2022 so until this past April our landlord was Tina Ridgway. Not only did she ALWAYS treat us with respect. But anytime something broke she jumped right on it and had it fixed or replaced.. that woman worked hard everyday.. now for our current landlord Bridget she also is a very hard working Christian woman who is honest and if something is wrong it's fixed ASAP. The owners will make NO repairs. Alot of traffic, loitering, and drugs. No right to quiet enjoyment of your home. Land does not provide notice before showing up at your door. She will add 20.00 for herself for rent if you do not know your lease. She will create very uncomfortable environments attempting to force you to leave. If you recieve Capca or Section 8, you are TRAPPED with a year lease, and they will ignore you as they allow criminal activity, etc. Apparently, you and your family are forced to live in it or face home... read more
These apartments are so nice, very clean and newly remodeled!!! I love them!
Very dirty and poorly taken care off, kind of like the slums of Heber Springs
