I've been three times for deep tissue massage, and each massage has been with a different therapist. They were all wonderful, thorough, and communicative. During the massage, they add several thoughtful details that elevate the experience: heated and weighted pads for your neck and back, hot stones, hot towel wipe down, and a towel to cover your hair.
