Beautiful Soul DR Stephen Burns, is always Kind, nice, polite and he listens and understands my mental health crisis, he is a wonderful person to talk to, I have been seeing him for years and years. I know how hard you work, and you would never miss a day at work, Your dedicated to your Job as DR, and would prefer to work, than take a holiday. I'm a new patient. I feel that I was lucky to be accepted into this clinic as I discovered that many do not take on new patients. Efficient front office staff. A pretty quiet waiting area. Dr Steven Burns was highly professional and seemed genuinely interested in my well being and past medical experiences and history. He spent perhaps 20 minutes patiently asking questions and answering mine, then did some follow-up tests and checks. In all honesty I was blown away by his kind manner and professionalism.
They are true professionals. They actually care about there patients which is rare these days. I see Robyn who is excellent but I needed an appointment asap and saw Mr Burns I was very happy with him even called to let me know what was going on with results highly recommended this surgery 10/10 the reception staff so helpful and accommodating.
Still five stars after being a family patient for ten years thank you!
