The customer service is absolutely terrible. The irrigation system was installed and the team walked away without notifying of completion or discussing how to work it. I gave some leniency because the Lead returned upon call to show how to work however I have since had multiple issues due to no communication on maintenance. There is only one way to contact and the responses are extremely slow or not at all. Booked mainscape to turn on my irrigation system this spring. they failed to show up for the appointment we discussed and had no recollection of our conversation. I would look elsewhere for landscaping and irrigation needs.
They were able to update my 25 year old sprinkler system. They are professional and knowledgeable. Great to work with.
