The GP I see here is great and the blonde lady with the glasses at the front desk is a treasure in there. I hope she never leaves. I feel sorry for them that it's so busy. We have never had a problem though. Not sure why so many bad reviews. We moved and still come here.
Horrible clinic! Doctor's are unhelpful. The wait on the phone is 7 minutes plus and then when you get though to them and explain what's happend the reception staff one called USMA was laughing! Unprofessional and people like him shouldn't be in this sort of job!
Very disappointed. This is now the second time I’ve had to wait a long time even though I had a booked appointment. Last time, I waited around 50 minutes past my scheduled time. Today, again, I’ve already been waiting 30 minutes and still no sign of the doctor. What’s the point of having an appointment if it’s not respected? Very poor time management.
