I've moved further away from this Medical Centre, but prefer to travel because I respect the comprehensive advice and expertise of the practitioners. I seen many over the years, and choose to leave my last practitioners for lack of care and had records sent here. It's not a prestige looking centre which is a genuine factor in their caring
Medical reception with short brown hair is rude
My husband I both have attended this surgery for a number of years and have found the staff have all been most accomodating and pleasant when we call or attend.
Been seeing Dr Khalid now for over 12 months. He's been thorough with me each time. No rushing me out of the surgery. Had no problems with any of the other staff.
Joanne , one of the receptionists at this centre. Is extremely rude ! Speaks horribly to you over the phone and sighs audibly loud when you try and ask for any info or help. Fortunately not a patient here otherwise I’d have to put up with such poor customer service regularly !
