Medical reception with short brown hair is rude
My husband I both have attended this surgery for a number of years and have found the staff have all been most accomodating and pleasant when we call or attend.
Been seeing Dr Khalid now for over 12 months. He's been thorough with me each time. No rushing me out of the surgery. Had no problems with any of the other staff.
Joanne , one of the receptionists at this centre. Is extremely rude ! Speaks horribly to you over the phone and sighs audibly loud when you try and ask for any info or help. Fortunately not a patient here otherwise I’d have to put up with such poor customer service regularly !
The people are LOVELY, especially Dr Hebbard and Dr Khalid, who accommodated for my needs and helped me recover from sickness. The receptionists were EXTREMELY NICE and COMFORTING especially Dianne who was understanding of my situation and helped me with my payment. My blood works were done by a LOVELY pathologist Dayana, who took her time with me and helped me with my fear of needles and other paperwork regarding my appointment.
