A beautiful walk. It’s a big day but completely worth it. We began by a slight ascent toward Kosciusko peak. Take lots of snacks and a good lunch if doing the full walk. It ends up being around 26-27 km especially if having a look at the blue lake. Take 2+L of water because there aren’t any places to fill up. Lots of sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and protection from glare as there are no trees or shade. Have a wonderful day
Well marked trail - can be done as a day trip. Some great views of lakes and some of the peaks.
