Not one to normally do this but experience was terrible. I emailed enquiring about service & received message they will contact me, after a few days reply to message, yep will contact me, few more days & I call them, no answer leave message to be contacted, few more days nothing. Eventually use an app & talk online & finally contacted & booked in, good. Drop vehicle off & it goes seamless. Pick car up & tyres not rotated as requested, best tyres still on back. Good service but high prices.
As someone who has had their cars (three different models) serviced by Main North Nissan and other mechanics over the years, I keep finding that their professionalism and work are highly recommended. Mistakes have been made in the past, but they have been rectified in a timely manner. They also don't push unnecessary replacements unless needed, unlike other service chains.
