Very poor after-service communication. After my car service, there were still some unresolved issues that required further follow-up. However, I did not receive a timely response. When I called the service department, the female staff member who answered the phone was extremely rude. Brendan and the team were easy to deal with from start to finish — clear communication, upfront about costs, and Happy to assist with my vehicle throughout the whole Process. (Significant works were required) They got the job done efficiently and kept me updated throughout, which I really appreciated. We brought our car in with multiple engine issues after a secondhand replacement engine had been installed. We paid for a two hour engine inspection, during which they identified only two problems: a leaking radiator and the main earth not connected. These were fixed, and we were told everything else was fine. After driving about 200 km, the engine broke down.
