Free coffee they reverse parked my car so I could drive it out forward
Not one to normally do this but experience was terrible. I emailed enquiring about service & received message they will contact me, after a few days reply to message, yep will contact me, few more days & I call them, no answer leave message to be contacted, few more days nothing. Eventually use an app & talk online & finally contacted & booked in, good. Drop vehicle off & it goes seamless. Pick car up & tyres not rotated as requested, best tyres still on back.
