Took my Nissan in for its 98,000km service – what a disappointment. They changed only 3 spark plugs instead of 4, did the oil change, and when I drove home the undertray came loose and was flying down the road because it wasn’t screwed in properly. When I called back, I was basically told “how do you know it was us, maybe you didn’t screw it in”. Unprofessional, careless, and dismissive. Worst service I’ve ever had – will never return and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
