I have been a customer at Main Nails for many years. The ladies here are experienced, kind, friendly, and always do a great job. I make an appt and am promptly served. They are frequently able to complete my gel polish mani and pedi simultaneously, which is great for a busy Mom like me. My gel polish manicures consistently last 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend!
I booked an appointment well in advance for a manicure since I am visiting from out of town for a wedding. When I arrived at the salon, I was told to select a color and wait, even though I was the only customer at the time. Another customer arrived and was taken care of straight away. I waited for over half an hour before giving up and leaving. I understand it’s a holiday, and if I had walked in without an appointment, I could understand. This, however, was just rude and totally devoid of customer service. Do not recommend.
Have always loved coming here for my pedicures. Such welcoming staff and they take such good care of my feet. Thank you!
