Outstanding customer service from owner, Kevin! Call backs and communication were prompt clear and so courteous. I really appreciated having the one open unit placed on hold for my family member! Convenient location and extra sense of safety and security as it's right beside the new fire hall! Thank you, friends at Main Mini storage!
Kevin is the best. He called me right away when I was looking for prices and made setting up a locker so easy. They were also the best rate I found in the area as well. So glad we went with this unit. Good location and everything is shiny and new. 10/10
Kevin is a fantastic person to work with! He was very quick in returning my email, his prices were aligned with the competition and he was very flexible, meeting with us to show us the unit and ensure our code and keys worked. He is very laid back, super responsive, and very friendly. He sent us a cute card showing his appreciation and we are almost sad to be done with the unit!
