This is a great place. So close to so many things to do within walking distance. The staff keeps the property clean… there’s always “the ones” … You can’t teach people to care but the staff works diligently to make sure our community is the best it can be. The office staff is inviting and wonderful. Love living here!
Don't walk but run from this complex when I moved in they told me that building B is cheaper than building a because all the amenities are over there. Well, they're the same rent. The elevator in building a gets an air freshener. I asked if building bees elevator could cause it smells like dog urine and they said no because it's too expensive. Their hallways are lit up better. The pool is constantly closed. The grills never work. Amenities are terrible. Hallways always have dog feces and urine. Units are nice and clean but besides that this apartment complex is managed poorly.
1 star. The first 6–8 months of living here were genuinely great, which makes the decline in experience even more disappointing. We truly loved the location. Being so close to Old Town Lewisville and the overall convenience of the area were major highlights. Unfortunately, things slowly went downhill. Cleanliness and property upkeep became increasingly inconsistent, neighbor noise became more disruptive, and the most persistent issue was marijuana odors drifting into our unit.
