First I want to give a shout out to Martha for making sure I wasn’t locked out of the building and apt for a long period of time. She made the necessary adjustments to get me keys and a fob. Hands down this staff at The Main and Mill has been nothing but the best. I have been here 18 months and haven’t had any issues. Mrs Charlotte, from Martha to Tori are great professional people to talk to. Even though I am leaving and hate to, the only reason I’m moving is to save for an house but other than that I would stay, minus some of the stuck up residents here. Anyhow if I am ever in need of a place, I will return 😊
Absolutley terrible apartment complex. The reserved parking gate has been damaged and unsecured for 87 days and counting. During this time my reserved spot has been used multiple times by unauthorized vehicles and my car was vandalized resulting in over $8,000 in damages. Management has ignored multiple emails and is taking zero accountability for the ongoing negligence that directly caused this situation
Main and Mill is one of the better apartments I've lived in. Tori was the main reason I decided to move in—she was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire leasing process. The staff has been friendly and responsive, and there are plenty of events both within the community and in the surrounding area, which makes living here enjoyable.
