Every time I call, the office staff is pleasant. The technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. I will always recommend them to others
I own an assisted living facility. I called this company for an estimate understanding that there would be a $150 charge for a minimum of 1 hour. The repair man came, was in the building for 15 minutes and we were charged for 1 hr and 45 minutes. I called to complain and the service manager argued that the additional time was spent getting prices on the replacement parts.
