This is my second time writing a review for Josh at Main Mechanical and I'll continue to write them every time he shows up. I had some boiler work done a few years ago and was so impressed by his dedication to the work and customer service that I made sure to call again when it needed replacing. I work with a lot of contractors and am usually pretty disappointed by their performance. This is absolutely not the case with MM. Josh was an amazing professional who came out in the early morning before his other 8 AM call to ensure that we got the support we needed with our boiler. He was able to diagnose the problem and gave us a comprehensive and clear evaluation of the various scenarios that could play out for the broken boiler that was filled with sediment. I’ve used Josh several times now. He’s very responsive and always helpful. Always very upfront about what something is going to cost and I always feel like he is trying to get me the best price. I highly recommend him!
