Ive been calling this clinic to get my prescription refilled every 6 months for the past 4-5 years and it has been a routine for me. Today was the first time ever I’ve been asked by dr lam “why don’t you call your family doctor? next time call your family doctor instead” which left me feeling very confused as I didn’t realize it was such a big deal because if no one told me that to begin with then why would it be an issue now? I just find it so unprofessional.
Worst clinic , Receptionist dont even know how to say exact no to people . I am registered with clinic and she told me You only visit once so We donot able to see uh today . I told her that we only visit doctor when we sick . It so stupid
The front desk staff and Dr. Lam are always friendly. It is a phone walk in clinic so they can’t help with everything. I’m always able to speak with a doctor in a few hours
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called in asking to see a doctor in person because I needed antibiotics for an ear infection. The receptionist told me all they had were phone appointments and I pushed back, assuming that I could not get a prescription over the phone. She was adamant that I could, to the point that I relented and took the appointment. I don't get why all the negative feedbacks. I've had nothing but POSITIVE experience with Dr. Lam, Dr. Pereira and the team working hard at the front desk. I think they deserve basic respect; after all, they've been running a neighborhood clinic for almost 30 years. If they were that bad, they would be gone a LONG time ago....DUH!!! Both Drs. Lam and Pereira are quick to return phone calls. Refill prescriptions are done easily over the phoneand your prescription is sent to a pharmacy of your choice. I think the real problem ... read more
