My main water valve was leaking in the basement (6 beach towels a day worth of water). They switched out my 75 year old galvanized valve with a brass one. Plus, they put a brass elbow up to the water meter. Stan and Kevin were very nice, professional and fast. I thought their price was very reasonable.
Had a major leak in the main water valve. Was able to work me in before the afternoon. Work was done professionally and quickly. Will use their services again.
said they would be at my house around noon. at 1:30 I called them to see why they hadn't shown up. told me not sure when they would be there maybe 3 or 4. told them I would call someone else. they didn't seem concerned.. no customer skills on their part.. never even bothered to call me and tell me they would be late. I had to call them. Don't know how they stay in business..
I had an appt for 12:00 pm today to meet the plumber at a rental. At one o'clock I called and he said he was on his way. We waited... waited...waited. Decide to go grab some food ..not that far away. They came and left quickly before we got back which wasn't that long. The tenant said you should wait they'll be right back but they left anyway. The plumber had my number and my husband's number and never called. He told the tenant they would return on Thursday or Friday cause he didn't have the part...which is fine but he neve... read more
