Great experience in all aspects
The receptionist @ Plymouth Meeting was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Had an old number from 5 years ago so they weren’t able to tell me I am in collections and can’t be seen. Which is totally understandable, it’s been 5 years, I don’t necessarily remember. All she kept saying to me was that “you can’t be seen, no, can’t be seen today” maybe 10 times, no exaggeration. Receptionist at the Plymouth Meeting office has the worst bedside manner of any practice I’ve ever been to. Appointments get cancelled, doctors get sick and sometimes communications get mixed up - that part is understandable. But to arrive to your appointment (scheduled today) that was apparently cancelled to then receive an attitude from the receptionist, is unacceptable.
