Dr. Park is annoyed by patients who ask too many questions. She did not follow up on positive test results in a timely manner and when I confronted her about it, she said there was no system in place at the office to alert her when pending test results came through. She also sent the wrong x-ray script when I needed a follow up x-ray which resulted in me sitting with my shirt off at the radiology office for an hour while I waited for her to send the correct script. Dr. Park’s bedside manner was, frankly, comically bad. My wife and I still laugh about some of the remarkably out-of-touch and disconnected comments she made during our visits. After switching to Dr. Moscowitz, the communication improved 100%. Just as an FYI — when you laughed at us and confidently stated there were rheumatologists in Belize, you were wrong. I was still in Paoli Hospital and referred by a pulmonologist to this place. I started out by speaking with the receptionist to make an appointment. She asked me for my insurance information which I gave her. She said we do not take that insurance. Let me give you a number you can call. She wanted to hang up before I could even ask her, what was the name of the place for this number, I would be calling. I started to cough and I did not hear the entire name that she gave me.
