Dr. Harder has been great. I've been trying to reschedule my prolia injection and the only way to do that is to reach the lady. Whom I will not name, directly. What an awful system. I have called FIVE times. She has called back twice. Of course there's no information about available dates and times. I have to get her directly. Is this 1960? There has to be a better way! Awful.
Dr. Park is annoyed by patients who ask too many questions. She did not follow up on positive test results in a timely manner and when I confronted her about it, she said there was no system in place at the office to alert her when pending test results came through. She also sent the wrong x-ray script when I needed a follow up x-ray which resulted in me sitting with my shirt off at the radiology office for an hour while I waited for her to send the correct script. Dr. Park’s bedside manner was, frankly, comically bad. My wife and I still laugh about some of the remarkably out-of-touch and disconnected comments she made during our visits. After switching to Dr. Moscowitz, the communication improved 100%. Just as an FYI — when you laughed at us and confidently stated there were rheumatologists in Belize, you were wrong.
