I was still in Paoli Hospital and referred by a pulmonologist to this place. I started out by speaking with the receptionist to make an appointment. She asked me for my insurance information which I gave her. She said we do not take that insurance. Let me give you a number you can call. Very professional staff of workers.
As for myself, the experience was Great, yes I had to be on hold for awhile (but that is to be expected everywhere you go/do). Dr. Gordon was fantastic he explained everything he was looking at and the next game plan to get me on track. Yes
Dr. Park is a joy to talk with. She makes sure we understand our diagnosis and the course of action she will be taking. She keeps up with her patients medications and appointments. As for the office, it is beautiful. The staff can be a little more friendly. Particularly the girls at the front desk. Sometimes you call and no one picks up. You may call and your left on hold for to long. Besides those things, I would recommend this office to all who are interested.
