This review is for on line purchases, not installations or in store purchases. But if this is how they operate, I wouldn't spend my money with them in person either. When I placed my order for a Eezi-awn K9 roof rack, I was told it would arrive in two weeks. My order took 5 weeks to be delivered. If i had not called them 6 times and emailed them 4 times, i probably still wouldn't have my roof rack. Their customer service is pathetic. They will not return phone calls or emails. MLO does a great job on all of my work, I have used the NH and NC locations to preform work as I am full time on the road and they continue to impress me each time. Look forward to the next time I am in for upgrades.
