Update to a previous review. Recently had MLO’s Charlotte NC shop install VanCompass 4.3 suspension, RoamBilt LowPro front bumper w/ Warn EVO winch and a light bar on roof rack. All work was done well, unfortunately my Distronic cruise control and Parktronic brake assist completely shut down on my trip home from their shop. Have emailed multiple times inquiring about an order placed (and paid for) 8 weeks ago. No response as of yet. Curious behavior from a retailer to say the least.
Installed on 10/10/25 at MLO Charlotte. I’ve made three follow-up attempts with no response. Unresolved issues: Missing parts: Rear tailgate trim piece for my 2023 F-150 (wrong part shipped) and a missing smoke detector. A temporary bulb seal was used instead of the correct trim, raising water-intrusion concerns. Solar wired incorrectly: Two 250W panels were wired in series, likely exceeding the EcoFlow DELTA 2’s 60V DC max input (est. 70–90V open-circuit). I ordered a rear door tire rack and ladder for my van on 7/28/2025. After not hearing anything for about a month and a half I requested that they cancel the order. They threatened to hit me with restocking fees so I requested that they give me an update on the order. MLO does a great job on all of my work, I have used the NH and NC locations to preform work as I am full time on the road and they continue to impress me each time.
