As part of a $5,000 suspension upgrade to my Winnebago Ekko That Main Line supplied/installed, was an Opti Rate spring pack. within a few hundred miles of driving, the springs started making loud clunking and popping sounds. When I brought back for them to inspect and adjust, they re-torqued the bolts while unit was on a lift and sprayed down the exterior of pack only with a gummy lubricant.
