I did a $5000 upgrade to the suspension on my WGO Ekko RV which was installed by Main Line in NH. The sales person was friendly before the sale, snappy and unresponsive after. They lost my order in their warehouse and left me to track it down. Made obviously false claims about gear to make the sale. Once installed, I had a problem and the tech in NH was useless in getting it fixed. They didn’t follow the manufacturers process and left me for dead when their “fix” immediately” failed. The folks did a great job maintaining my battery on my 4 wheel camper. I really appreciated the attention from Joe especially as the repair took longer than anticipated. Also hats off to Pat for figuring out my battery problems!
Joe and Adam are *chef's kiss* incredible! Our slide-in truck took a bump against a tree recently. It needed some pretty significant body work, including getting a new sheet wall shipped from the manufacturer, to bring it back to a like-new state. Joe, especially, was wonderfully communicative, providing frequent updates on the process and always very responsive to any questions or inquiries we had. As part of a $5,000 suspension upgrade to my Winnebago Ekko That Main Line supplied/installed, was an Opti Rate spring pack. within a few hundred miles of driving, the springs started making loud clunking and popping sounds. When I brought back for them to inspect and adjust, they re-torqued the bolts while unit was on a lift and sprayed down the exterior of pack only with a gummy lubricant. The manufacturer specifies to set torques with rig on the ground and to use a specific dry lube in between leafs by lifting the vehicle... read more
