Loved Dr. Vernace, but office staff - Anita and Julia - are the worst, so nasty. I had been trying to schedule a day to come up and do my pre-op paperwork and was explaining that I had no time off due to my kids being sick a lot this year and my youngest needing surgery this summer as well and asked if I could sign electronically or mail it to me and I could drop it off. This is the finest medical experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Vernace and his team are beyond spectacular. They are one in a million! They have guided me through the surgery itself and the recovery, by my side, every step of the way. The virtual PT exercises helped enormously in returning, at age 75, to my active, vital life. My heartfelt thank you to the entire team!!!
I had an 8:30 appointment with "Stevie". I came to 101 S. Bryn Mawr Ave, to the address on their site and on the form. I went to the main entrance (there were no signs saying otherwise) and the place was empty: the room to the right looked like a storage space, the door to the left was locked. There was no parking. I left two messages and went home. At 9 a.m. I get a call from them telling me that I there is a door in the back of the building, and that's where I was supposed to go.
