Professional, compassionate, genuine care.
Arrived for my GYN appointment to find that my doctor was running 30 minutes behind schedule. I waited about 40 minutes and was taken back to an exam room. Dr. Jiang apologized for the delay. After that appointment went smoothly without any further delays.
Friendly and professional. Needs were met and questions answered.
Staff is very helpful. Dr. Pugh is engaging and very knowledgeable and thorough
This is the worst medical experience I had. Nothing to do with the doctor but the office and billing team made a mistake of charging in extra 200 dollars. The procedure they tried to do was unsuccessful but they still want to charge the full fee. I have personally went into the office to talk to them and they agreed this was wrong charged but did nothing when I went home (they said they would call me). I was not covered by the insurance and I paid upfront but received a bill after a few days. This is ridiculous. Very Unprofe... read more
