I have had mixed feelings and experiences working with the office over the last ~2 years. My wait times for appointments have reached over an hour to see the doctor. During appointments I feel heard and validated, but I find that follow-up or discussion of all options is sometimes lacking. This is probably the most efficient office I deal with. Provider is great, too, but the office staff makes everything run so smoothly.
