I needed a part for a Toro timemaster mower, called Main Line Mower,spoke with Chris, who was very helpful,he had the part in stock . I arrived to pick it up and it was on the counter waiting for me. Great experience, Chris was easy going and very personable. I was able to install the part and get the yard completed. What I thought was going to be a lost weekend without the use of the mower,Main Line Mower came through big time!
My Snow Blower broke halfway through cleaning up the January storm. Steve's team came out the next day to get the blower; kept me appraised on progress and had it back to me within 2 weeks. I could not ask for better mid-winter service.
This is a message from Carl Rickert. He has used Main Line Mower for many years, both for purchases and repairs and was always satisfied until this year, when Steve Eldredge took over. Before that time, proper invoices always included the work that had been done. He paid a total of $ 469.69 for pickup and repair of a snow blower. Despite repeated requests, Steve has never given an account or description of the work that was done. He will no longer take his business to Main Line Mower
