The guy was rude, dropped off a trimmer was told I should hear something in a week. Called back 3 weeks later, ask about the trimmer, was to Saturday that we might look at it around Tuesday. So I went to pick it up, he couldn't find the receipt, then he found it 3 from the bottom of the stack of papers. Went and got my trimmer pass it to me and walked away. Yes I'm black and he showed me. Don't come there to get stuff fixed.
Knowledgeable staff. It's very helpful when the team knows the product they are selling and can actually answer all of your questions. I had a good experience choosing and buying a new mower. They made financing and delivery easy. Highly recommended.
Bought a mower for the in laws that were looking for one. They only sell toro and use Kawasaki motors I believe. In my opinion both great products especially the Kawasaki engines. Got a used mower for father in law that was 5-6 years old. Was able to test drive and feel the mower before buying. Bill was polite and easy to work with. They also sell Stihl equipment which is also a great line of products to use. Only downside was told 9-10am for delivery.
