Dr. Sigidin is great. She is very thorough, I feel well taken care of, and I have recommended her to friends. This review is about the practice, not her. The office policies are frustrating. Simple questions that other providers have answered through the patient portal, over the phone, or that even a pharmacist could answer often require scheduling an appointment instead. During an appointment, I was explicitly warned by the front desk that asking additional questions could result in additional billing.

*Update: proving how bad they are at communicating, I posted my review, someone left me a note asking to call a number to discuss, and I never heard back. I saw Dr V for a long time. Great doctor. Everything around him is not. Not even close to acceptable let alone satisfactory. The stress that came with trying to communicate with folks there probably contributed to some of my health issues—if you don’t feel cared for, why care for yourself? Bad communication, no reponse, never send you message and email for confirmation. The front desk staff were cold, emotionless, and ruthless. We cannot feel any warm in this primary care. We has decisively chose another primary care provider.

Having been with them for three years I can easily say they have brought me some of the worst experiences I’ve had with a primary care. My old primary care doctor here almost never responded to messages on the portal, I wouldn’t get responses at all for full weeks at a time, and recently when trying to get my medical records sent to a new primary care, their poor response time, assistance and complete and utter lack of attempts to get it done in time have resulted in two full months of not having my records sent over. The faculty is beautiful and the check in process is easy and efficient. There are more than enough registration people so even if you have a wait, it's relatively short. There is a coffee shop in the first floor and a specialty gift/wellness shop in the 5th floor Waiting areas are comfortable but they keep things moving so your time there won't be long.
