Having been with them for three years I can easily say they have brought me some of the worst experiences I’ve had with a primary care. My old primary care doctor here almost never responded to messages on the portal, I wouldn’t get responses at all for full weeks at a time, and recently when trying to get my medical records sent to a new primary care, their poor response time, assistance and complete and utter lack of attempts to get it done in time have resulted in two full months of not having my records sent over. The faculty is beautiful and the check in process is easy and efficient. There are more than enough registration people so even if you have a wait, it's relatively short. There is a coffee shop in the first floor and a specialty gift/wellness shop in the 5th floor Waiting areas are comfortable but they keep things moving so your time there won't be long. I am giving the providers Five Stars because I have had excellent care since they become my PCP last year. When I have been sick I have been able to get appointments in a timely manner. Using their MyChart portal makes messaging the providers or obtaining your visit information so quick and easy. I have worked in independent primary care and specialist’s office so my standards are high. Women’s Primary Care exceeds my expectations every time.
