10 minutes late to an appointment for a simple physical and they wouldn’t take us, knowing we had difficult circumstances and called ahead to let them know. arrogant and no empathy. empty waiting room as well.

Love the doctors and nurses and staff
Dr Best is a good doctor. As long as his front desk employees speak to and have no consideration for his patients he will slowly lose his following. Our family of 8 and my extending family of 5 have chosen to leave the practice due to the ignorance of front desk employees who ignore you when you respond to the ignorance that comes from their mouth. My mother also needed to speak to the Dr they totally disregarded her and her cry fornhelp because she needed her diabetes medication adjusted. Pure ignorance and bad patient serv... read more
