As of 11.6.24 they won’t see you in the office if you are covid positive. They can’t even get their facts straight. We called on the phone letting them know that we were covid positive, and the receptionist said we could come in as long as we wore a mask. Unfortunately someone else called back from the office and said I couldn’t come in because I have covid. What kind of policy is this that you can’t see a doctor if you are sick? I have had a number of appointments at this facility and been satisfied with the service. I even reported for an appointment a whole week early and they were able to include me that day..
It is a beautiful and welcoming facility with great and friendly people.
The provider is very good and proactive hence the 1 star. However, i had an appointment for 11am and got there 11.15am. The lady at the front desk was rude and told me i had passed the 15min window. I explained to her about how i was still within the window as stated by her earlier. I went as far as explaining to her i came all the way from newjersey and my google map took me somewhere else. I loved this place at first but since the original provider (Bonny Hodges) left, the service has deteriorated. Although I have an upcoming appointment I am unable to message anyone or request prescription refills in My Chart and no one ever answers the phone. I left a message last week but no one has returned the call and they will not respond to the pharmacy to refill a prescription. I am now out of my medicine - I guess I’ll have to go there and demand that the prescription be refilled since they won’t answer the phone or ... read more
