I have left several messages on mychart with multiple doctors and called the office.. it’s been over two weeks and I have yet to hear a response from anyone at the practice. I have concerns and now I am now forced to get another gynecologist.
As of 11.6.24 they won’t see you in the office if you are covid positive. They can’t even get their facts straight. We called on the phone letting them know that we were covid positive, and the receptionist said we could come in as long as we wore a mask. Unfortunately someone else called back from the office and said I couldn’t come in because I have covid. What kind of policy is this that you can’t see a doctor if you are sick? I have had a number of appointments at this facility and been satisfied with the service. I even reported for an appointment a whole week early and they were able to include me that day..
It is a beautiful and welcoming facility with great and friendly people.
