Dr. Karaminides and her staff are awesome. They really run an excellent practice here. Dr. K has great bed side manor, makes complex issues/subjects easy to understand and give patients a clear treatment path. Her support staff and office staff also do a great job following up all sorts of stuff (MyChart, prescriptions, asking how you are doing after you go to the ER etc etc.). Primary cares on West Chester Pike have a tendency to be businesses first and doctors second. That is not the case here. Overall an excellent experie... read more
I've been going to this office since I was a child. Dr Weinberg was my primary. I also saw Dr Flynn before. Dr Weinberg retired. I haven't been there for a few years so now I am considered a new patient and can't get an appointment for 6 months! I'm having a medical issue now. They don't care at all so now I have to find a new primary. This office no longer cares about lifelong patients!
These people wont fill your prescription through your pharmacy even though their voicemail says they do and you cant even leave a voicemail unless its during their “business hours” which is ridiculous. When you call directly to get a refill for something that I should have unlimited refills for they'll either order the wrong prescription or just not submit anything at all. I don't know if its incompetence or straight up laziness but this is ridiculous… If you value your mental or physical health please go elsewhere!
