I called today to get a prescription sent to my pharmacy At around 2PM in response The woman on the phone told me that I’m calling at the end of their day. She has only one doctor present and she cannot help me. She told me to go to urgent care it’s 2 PM on Friday. It’s not a holiday. It’s not a weekend. It’s a working day. Nobody responded to referral request! I have left the referral request one week before, one day before, and several days after my appointment. Already 2 weeks after my appointment, no one send the referral or contact me at all.
