After my old endocrinologist in west Chester suddenly closed, I had to quickly find a new practice. I was so grateful to find Dr. P. She diligently reviewed all my prior history with me, and answered all my questions to make sure my current meds were sufficient. I felt very safe in her care. I left this practice after 2 visits. The front desk staff was rude. Talked down to me and sent me downstairs to "make an appointment for labwork" when it's actually walk ins only. Also told me my insurance would cover work done at that lab which was not accurate. Dr. P didn't listen and was unhelpful. After confirming that I knew how to treat low blood sugars after living with T1D for 17 years she handed me a worksheet on treating lows as if I was a child.
