Stay away from this place. After repeatedly asking for an estimated cost, somebody from billing called me on the phone and gave me an estimate that turned out to be about 6-fold lower than what they ultimately charged. Very shady business practice and I'll stay away from MainLine Health as a result.
I hadn't seen a doctor in decades, and at the urging of my wife, I finally scheduled an appointment. No issues there - met with Kelly DiRocco a CRNP. She is the reason it's two stars and not one. That initial meeting was great - she took the time, listened to the decades of medical things I neglected, and we set up a few tests and bloodwork. I felt like I was in great hands. Love doc and staff even though im still having the health issue
Do not get an ultrasound here. Told to come a half hour early, still had to wait over 15 minutes for test total of 45 minutes . Horrible, I have RA on constant pain, did not take my needs into consideration at all. Also the technician didn't even get there till 7:30 so I don't know how they were going to see me at 7:30
