At first everything was great, Dr. Witte is lovely! However I needed a lot of testing and studies which took me a while to get completed because I work. No one informed me that if you don’t have everything done within the timeframe you have to restart and pay again! I have gone to this ER multiple times. The wait time averages from 3-5 hours, on a good day, which doesn’t do its title as an ‘emergency room’ any justice. Thank god my health was good enough that I could stand to wait that long, other people might not be able to. I don’t know if they are short staffed or have terrible organization but it feels pretty inhumane to sit in a waiting room for that long with absolutely zero communication from the health care providers there. Terrible.

This program is awesome. Dr. Ing and his staff are fantastic and on top of things! I recommend this bryn mawr Bariatrics for anyone considering weight loss surgery!

I entered this program with high hopes.... and the beginning was amazing. The problem was finding a psychologist for my mental health evaluation... I have state covered medical. I paid 200$ out of pocket for the nutrition program. I can't have the surgery because the psychologist here don't accept my insurance and no where else on Philadelphia will accept me because I'm with mainline healthgetting the procedure. I feel like they knew this already when I paid my money because I was told I would need to contact a psychologist ... read more
